Pirates, & Fairies, & Witches…OH MY!

Wee Care will be holding its yearly Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 27 from 3:00 - 4:00 P.M.  All children will need to bring a costume and treat bag or bucket to school that day.  Please leave all weapons and scary costumes at home.

We will also need parents to decorate their trunks and hand out treats that afternoon.  Please plan on treats for approximately 200 children.  All treats must be store bought and contain no nuts or peanut butter.  There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk so you can let us know you are coming.

Butter Braid order forms will be going home soon.  You may start selling as soon as you receive your order form.  Please remember that butter braid sales are cash only.

All monies are due on Tuesday, November 7.  Delivery will be on Wednesday, November 15 with pick up being between 3:00 and 6:00 P.M.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will provide the Wee Care Pre-K 2017-2018 classes fieldtrips and activities free of charge.

Just a Reminder:

Please do not park on the left side of the driveway between the hours of 7:00 - 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 - 4:15 P.M.  The buses have to be able to pick up and drop off the children safely every day.

"Rain, Rain Go Away

Parents, keep in mind, as we enter the severe weather season that Wee Care must have electricity and running water in order for us to open and remain open.  We will post any schedule changes to our Facebook page.  If you are unsure, please call before heading to school.

imagesThank you for getting your parent surveys filled out and turned in so quickly.  The feedback has been extremely helpful!  If you have not turned yours in, it is not too late.

Here are just a few of the comments that parents shared about Wee Care and its staff members:

“We love Wee Care!  Miss Kathy Poss is friendly, organized, and runs a tight ship!  Mr. Ryan is so patient and good with the kids.

“I love the infant room employees, equipment, and friendly loving environment. Miss Deanne is amazing!!!  She is always in a great mood and goes the extra mile to care for those who are truly helpless."

“Miss Diane helped me get my child up to par for Kindergarten. Kudos to all staff, amazing in our eyes!!!

“They are all so kind and truly care about the children and their progress.  My boys truly love them all.  They have made a lasting memory on me forever.

“We like the friendly atmosphere and positive attitude of all of the staff.  My chid looks forward to going to “school” everyday.

“We like the transportation [that is provided] to and from school.  Miss Donna is always there to greet you with a smile...she is always on top of it.

“Miss Kris and Miss Linda are always happy and friendly.  My child is always personally greeted when walking into/out of class and that shows her that she is important. We like that we pray before we eat our snacks as a family of friends.

“I love the fact that I can go to work and know my children are taken care of every minute that they are at Wee Care. We feel that Deanna, Kaitlyn, Jamie, Aime, and Melissa love our kids as if they were their own."

WE ARE EXCITED to be using FACEBOOK as a more regular means of communication with parents.  Please be sure to find us and “like” us so you do not miss any updates.

Please

Do not bring toys from home unless it is Show & Share day.  It is too easy for them to get lost or broken, and they can cause problems in the classrooms.  If you are unsure of your child's Show & Share day, check with their teachers.  Please leave all guns, weapons, and electronics at home.  Stuffed animals are always welcome for nap time, but they need to be placed in the child's bed box.

     We ask for your help.
